Dr. med. Auste Gruodyte is an FMH-certified specialist in occupational medicine and a specialist in visceral surgery in Germany. After working in clinical surgery, she specialized in occupational medicine in Germany and gained extensive experience providing occupational health services to various companies.

Before joining AEH, she worked as a company doctor at Swiss International Air Lines. Her areas of expertise include occupational health screening, assessing medical fitness and work capacity, and providing practical advice to companies on workplace health issues. In her work, she combines her expertise in occupational medicine with her clinical and surgical experience and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

Dr. Gruodyte is a member of the Swiss Society of Occupational Medicine (SGARM). She provides consultations and conducts examinations in German, English, and Lithuanian.
