After her initial training as a physiotherapist, she specialized in work-related rehabilitation, ergonomics and the treatment of chronic pain patients at the SUVA Rehabilitation Clinic in Bellikon.
She joined the Insurance Medicine team at AEH in 2008, where she carried out EFL assessments and workplace analyses, initiated ergonomics coaching and led numerous workshops and training sessions on ergonomic topics. At the same time, she began studying psychology, graduating in 2015 with a Master of Science in Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
She joined the Corporate Health team as a specialist in occupational health management and trained managers and employees in absence management, prevention, and how to deal with stress and the psychological aspects of occupational safety. In 2017, she obtained the CAS in Occupational Health Management.
After working as a health manager for a large media group, she was a job coach on behalf of the disability insurance, supporting people with health impairments in vocational integration measures, up to and including their reintegration into the primary labor market.
Thanks to her many years of experience in the field of people, work and health, Nicola Rudolph has a differentiated perspective and can quickly gain an overview in complex situations. Her empathetic and creative nature enables her to find effective and sustainable solutions.
Thanks to her native German and good knowledge of French, she is able to support clients in both linguistic regions of Switzerland.
