Barbara Johanna Erni

After her initial training as a tourism specialist, where she also worked as a managing director, she switched to human resources in 2009 and held various positions until 2017, most recently as deputy head of human resources in the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland. In this context, she conducted coaching sessions with specialists and managers for 10 years.
After further professional orientation, where she obtained a Master's degree in Coaching at the FHNW for Social Work in Olten in 2018, she then worked for three years as a full-time job coach for mainly qualified jobseekers, involving other specialist agencies, the IV and the RAV.
Since 1 October 2021, Barbara Johanna Erni has been applying her many years of experience in management, coaching, HR and case work in case management in German-speaking Switzerland, with a focus on the Bern region. She has additional experience in adult education and resource activation due to many years of continuous training. Languages: German, French, English. Oral knowledge of Italian and Spanish.
