Hansjörg Huwiler
EurErg ergonomist/CHM Specialist
After training as a physiotherapist, Hansjörg Huwiler worked in various hospitals, including in leadership positions. At his last post at the Zurich University Hospital, he held shared responsibility as chief physiotherapist in ergonomics for the development of the rehabilitative ergonomics department. While studying ergonomics, work structuring, and health, he started working part-time for AEH in 1999, and full-time in 2004.
Hansjörg Huwiler has a long and broad experience as an external adviser, for example in the design and implementation of holistic corporate health management (CHM) concepts, including participating in internal CHM steering groups, in the development and implementation of absence management and in the steering and implementation of projects. Examples are needs analysis by means of online staff surveys or workshops, workplace inspections/analyses, analyses of shift work or the development of analysis tools. He carries out Friendly Work Space assessments for Health Promotion Switzerland. He also works as a lecturer at HSLU and FHNW.
Besides his physiotherapist’s diploma, his Master in Health Ergonomics and his CAS in Change Management, Hansjörg Huwiler is a certified Eur.Erg ergonomist and a Friendly Work Space assessor for Health Promotion Switzerland.
