Katja Ritzmann

Case manager, federal HR expert
After her commercial training, Katja Ritzmann worked for 3 years in customer service before moving to England for 3 years. She worked in sales support for an IT company in England. Once back in Switzerland, Katja Ritzmann first worked in sales and then as an HR consultant and assistant. From 2010, she worked as a regional employment centre advisor, organised information events in German and English and also supported job seekers in English or in French if necessary.
Katja Ritzmann also holds a diploma in higher business and is a federal HR expert. Katja Ritmann has worked at AEH AG since May 2018.
