Before moving into the field of professional reintegration and case management, Ludmila Meuwly worked as an HR manager in multinational companies for several years. Since 2009 she is practicing as a Case Manager, experienced to complex, multidisciplinary client situations.

Throughout her career, Ludmila Meuwly educated herself regularly in further training courses in the areas of coaching, psychology and employment law, skills management, personal development and case management.

Her work, in both the public and private sectors, has enabled her to acquire in-depth knowledge through close collaboration with a wide range of partners: doctors and centres of expertise, service and assessment providers, accident insurers, loss-of-earnings insurers, social partners, regional employment offices, social services and employers in several Swiss cantons.

Ludmila Meuwly has many years' experience in monitoring and supporting people with physical or mental health problems, in cases of illness or accident (long absences and temporary absences). Empathetic and analytical, she offers clients a personalised, efficient approach that takes account of their individual needs and expectations. Fluently trilingual in French, Russian and Ukrainian, Ludmila Meuwly also has good English skills, enabling her to be flexible and adapt to each individual.
