Bachelor in Business Administration HES-SO

After obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Neuchâtel, Mélanie decided to move to Zurich.

Following a number of internships, notably with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mélanie finally decided to join an IT SME looking to develop its market in French-speaking Switzerland. After several years in this field, Mélanie Philippin wanted to find a challenge more in line with her expectations, especially in German, and so she joined the AEH team, initially as an administrative assistant in corporate health management.

At the beginning of 2024, she took over the position of Administrative Manager, and is mainly responsible for HR, controlling and marketing.
